Vanguard Enterprise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established for charitable and educational purposes. We are building a whistleblower support organization focused on credible UAP whistleblowers from the United States national security enterprise. Our mission encompasses advancing public understanding of federal whistleblower rights, civic responsibilities, and lawful disclosure. Vanguard is currently developing its governance, programs, and organizational infrastructure and is not yet accepting cases, applications for assistance, or requests for services.
