Dylan Borland is an American veteran, retired U.S. Air Force geospatial intelligence specialist, and U.S. Intelligence Community whistleblower with extensive experience analyzing advanced aerial imagery and classified programs.

In September of 2025, he testified under oath to Congress to advance transparency and accountability regarding UAP and the illegal coverup.

Borland’s commitment to our Constitution, justice for crimes, and the protection of courageous citizens defines his vision for the Vanguard Enterprise.

MATTHEW BROWN

Matthew Brown is a former national security contractor for the Department of War and the Department of State.

He became a UAP whistleblower to the Senate and the House in 2023, after discovering illegal actions by Pentagon and Intelligence Community leadership to shield UAP programs from Congressional oversight.

As Co-Founder of the Vanguard Enterprise, Matthew believes that the American people have the right, and the need, to know.
