We are building a dedicated support organization for credible UAP whistleblowers from the national security enterprise.

The Vanguard Enterprise fills a critical gap in the disclosure ecosystem: trusted support for the people who tell the truth.

Current protections are inadequate. The first wave of UAP whistleblowers have suffered serious harm to their careers, physical health, and mental well-being.

Vanguard is being built to right these wrongs at speed — not someday, but now.

Year One: Build Out

• Build the organizational infrastructure

Year Two: Scale Up

• Launch secure intake capabilities

• establish a legal defense network

• partner with trusted institutions

• provide assistance to UAP whistleblowers

• integrate with legal and policy ecosystems

• increase whistleblower support capacity

• obtain justice
